For the safety of your dog and the other dogs in our care, we require a day of temperament testing for new clients. This tells us more about your dog and helps us understand how to socialize them better.
We recommend that puppies are at least ten months old and have received their first round of shots before visiting our facility. This ensures their safety.
Your dog will have access to bowls of fresh water throughout the day during playtime.
If your dog is social and has passed our temperament test, they will participate in daycare playgroups from around 7:00 AM until around 5:00 PM. They will also be let out one more time after dinner so they can potty before closing time.
Our highly trained daycare attendants spend the entire day supervising and monitoring our guests to ensure everyone stays safe and has a great time.
Because outdoor environments are not as safe as our controlled indoor space, we do not take dogs outside the facility for potty breaks. We will be happy to add a walk to your dog’s visit for an additional fee.
